- PARTICIPATION
- 1. By registering a participant in the events held under the auspices of the UDSR - Union of Social Dances in Romania, the participant / the participant's tutor / the manager of the dance studio assumes responsibility for the fact that he is medically fit for physical exertion and that he does not suffer from any kind of injury that could endanger his health;
- 2. The events organized within the UDSR are supervised by a specialized medical staff who can intervene in case of minor accidents, and he can call the emergency service if the situation exceeds the seriousness limit;
- 3. By accepting participation in UDSR events, those registered, as well as those who accompany or guide them, assume the responsibility of decent, correct and fair-play behavior. In the case of indecent or vulgar behavior, the respective person may be sanctioned with removal from the competition or from all events that take place under the auspices of the Union of Social Dances in Romania;
- 4. For complaints, referrals or appeals, the dance studio managers, as representatives of the children registered under the name of the school or their parents, can contact the Competition Official Observers: Horia Deprato and/or Dan Alexandru Frumusanu.
- DANCE STUDIO CHECKIN
- The representative of the dance studio participating in one of the UDSR events must present himself at the check-in point to obtain the official participation package. It contains:
- - Completed participation diplomas for each participant registered in the event;
- - Certificate of participation dedicated to the dance studio it represents;
- - Certificate of participation dedicated to the choreographer/choreographers who are registered in the artistic moments recorded in the competition;
- - The promoter of artistic moments;
- - Badges and ID cards of the choreographers registered in the competition.
- SPECTATOR ACCESS
- Access to the location is only possible on the basis of a visitor wristband. This can be purchased from the check-in office located at the main entrance of the event and has a value of 6 Eur.
- In the case of events that take place over several days, this is valid for the entire duration of the event.
- BACKSTAGE
- 1. In the backstage area, people who do not have identification are completely FORBIDDEN access;
- 2. The only people who can be with the participant are choreographers, instructors, assistants or people designated by the managers of the dance studios approved by the organizers.
- 3. The consumption of soft drinks and hot drinks is prohibited backstage.
- SPECTACLE HALL
- 1. It is forbidden to consume drinks or food in the performance hall;
- 2. Access to the hall is made only on the basis of the entrance bracelet;
- 3. It is forbidden to cross the performance hall in front of the photo and video objectives;
- 4. It is forbidden to access the area delimited by the lane specially placed to facilitate the smooth running of the competition;
- 5. It is forbidden to make noise during an artistic act;
- 6. Access with vuvuzelas, drums, trumpets, whistles, etc. is prohibited;
- 7. It is recommended to support all the artistic moments so that the participants have the satisfaction of a collective appreciation.
- PHOTO-VIDEO MATERIALS
- 1. By registering an artistic moment, all participants receive FREE photo and video materials;
- 2. These are available in electronic format and are sent to the manager of the dance studio within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the end of the event;
- 3. All photo and video materials are the intellectual property of UDSR - Union of Social Dances in Romania, and by registering in the competition, the participant, his tutor and the manager of the dance studio that registers give their consent that they can be used at any time and on any the physical or online platform with the aim of promoting the field of dance, the event and the participant who is captured by the photography or filming objectives.
- ATTENTION!
- 1. This regulation is formalized in all the events that take place during the 2024-2025 competition calendar;
- 2. The managers of the dance studios that register the participants in the competitions become directly responsible for transmitting these regulations to the dancers, as well as to their guests;
- 3. Non-compliance with the rules may attract sanctions for the entire participating dance studio.
